We act as controller for website visits, contact requests, account management, billing, security, support, analytics, and our own product operations.

sendvia.chat as processor

When customers use sendvia.chat to deliver messages to recipients, we generally process recipient and message data on the customer's instructions.

1. Data We Process

  • Account data: name, email address, authentication events, locale, settings, billing state, and support messages.
  • Early-access and contact data: name, email address, WhatsApp or Telegram phone number, message content, locale, and captcha verification status.
  • Messaging configuration: connected WhatsApp or Telegram session references, API keys, scopes, delivery destinations, fallback settings, and channel status.
  • Recipient and message data: destination phone numbers or chat identifiers, message type, template variables, message body, delivery attempts, provider responses, and logs.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser information, request logs, rate-limit events, error reports, abuse-prevention signals, and captcha events.
  • Cookie and analytics data: consent choices and, if accepted, Google Analytics usage data for public website pages.

  • To authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent abuse.
  • To create and manage scoped API keys, connected devices, and logs.

Google Analytics data is handled according to our configured analytics retention settings and Google's own controls.
